A tuition contract is enclosed, payable via an initial deposit check and registration with FACTS, our online tuition management company.

Contracts and deposits may be hand delivered or mailed to Manhattan Jewish Montessori- Chabad 336 East 53rd Street, New York NY 10022.

A note about the admissions process:

This letter represents your child’s acceptance into school. Once we receive the signed and completed contract and deposit, your child’s acceptance is confirmed and he or she is registered in the class. Parents are required to sign up with FACTS, our online tuition management company, via link provided in a follow-up email.

Withdrawal before June 1, 2019, Complete refund, less the deposit Withdrawal after June 1, 2019 and before Sept 1, 2019- Complete refund less one month’s tuition and the deposit Withdrawal after Sept. 1, 2019 A pro-rated refund less all completed payments and 3 months tuition.
